Welcome to Shropshire Mindfulness

I  have postponed one of my courses:  the .bFoundations Tuesday evening course for educational staff until the Summer term.

MINDFULNESS IS AN ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILL

With over 20 years teaching experience with people from all ages and backgrounds, Helen believes that mindfulness is an essential life skill for everyone. Not only does it help build emotional resilience, but it provides a way of managing stress that is accessible to all people.

MINDFULNESS IS SIMPLE TO LEARN AND PRACTICAL TO USE

Through learning simple mindfulness practices and experiencing mindfulness in everyday life, people can learn to use their minds in a way that improves their well-being and sense of self.

INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED MINDFULNESS BASED COURSES AND BESPOKE PROGRAMMES
