Here is Helen from Shropshire Mindfulness talking to with Vicky Archer on the Drive time show, BBC Radio Shropshire.  They are discussing what mindfulness is, how it’s become more popular since they spoke a year or so ago.  

In particular, they discuss how mindfulness can help us to notice our autopilot patterns and how we can begin to “hard wire happiness” around pleasant events to improve well-being.  Helen guides Vicky (and listeners) in a short practice.
