This is the gold standard 8 week mindfulness based stress reduction course (MBSR). It is a well-researched approach which invites people to cope better with everyday stress through developing mindfulness skills.  The course combines experiential learning of mindfulness practices with reflection on the effects of bringing attention to the breath and the body during stillness and movement.  It is taught weekly in 2 hour sessions and also includes a day of practice, a workbook and access to audio recordings for home practice..

The .bFoundations is an 8 week mindfulness course developed by Mindfulness in Schools (MiSP) for teachers and other staff working in educational settings. When? Tuesday evenings from 7-8.30pm for 8 weeks.    Who for? Shropshire Mindfulness is able to offer mindfulness supervision for trainee or newly trained mindfulness teachers.
