A Mindfulness based stress reduction course for adults Mindfulness meditation practices encourage healthy mental habits which, in turn, have been shown to lead to an improved sense of well-being and better management of stress. This course lasts for 8 weeks so there is time to learn and practice the meditations many times to allow you to develop more healthier brain patterns and ways of living. These practices focus on body awareness, breath awareness and awareness of thoughts through both stillness and movement. .
