Shropshire Mindfulness is now offering the chance to follow this 8-week mindfulness course on Saturday mornings.

This tried and tested 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course, costs only £200 for the 8 weeks of sessions, resources and a retreat day.
Even if our aspirations, dreams and goals are very different, the cornerstone of learning is wellbeing.
Stress can often get in the way of feeling okay in ourselves. We all share a similar essence of being human and we need to feel settled inside to be able to learn and to feel like we are truly living.
The course combines the experiential learning of mindfulness practices with reflection on the effects of bringing attention to the breath and the body during stillness and movement. The 8-week MBSR course is a well-researched approach which invites people to cope better with everyday stress.
TIMES AND DATES
The course has 8 weekly sessions of 2 hours on Saturday mornings plus a one day retreat on a Saturday, this is a great opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice further.
The times are from 10am-12 midday every week except the retreat day on Saturday 24th November from 10-3pm.
THE DATES ARE:
Sat 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th Oct
Sat 10th, 17th, 24th (all day retreat) Nov 10-3pm
Sat 1st, 8th Dec
Shropshire Mindfulness are using Crowmoor Baptist Church, Crowmere Rd, Shrewsbury SY2 5JJ as a venue this time. There is a big car park, good facilities and plenty of space to move around. (The MBSR course is secular.)
