Come and take part in this online mindfulness based-stress reduction course which starts on Thursday evenings from the end of April 2021. The course is designed to be easy to access and takes place in a friendly and supportive environment for learning this valuable approach to life’s ups and downs. The online format is a really practical and experiential way of learning so that it still feels like being in the room with everyone. The programme supports exploration, discovery and friendly awareness.

Winter Mindfulness Retreat – 14th to 16th December 2018

This is a gentle introduction to a secular retreat experience. This residential retreat is at Adcote School, set within the beautiful Shropshire countryside and a short distance from Shrewsbury; all retreatees will be accommodated in single en- suite bedrooms with all refreshments and meals provided (special diets catered for).  This retreat offers an opportunity to retreat from the busyness of the world for a short time and connect with others whilst, taking part in a variety of mindfulness practices. The retreat will be co-hosted.
